Our office is a second home for our team, and we are seeking a Part-Time Cleaner and Office Administrator to help us maintain that atmosphere and culture.


In this role, you’ll ensure our office looks and feels great while proactively suggesting improvements to enhance the work environment. You’ll have the flexibility to shape your schedule, balancing cleaning duties with administrative tasks to create a positive space for everyone.


Role Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of the office to a professional standard outside of core business hours, ensuring it remains a welcoming environment for all employees.
  • Conduct light cleaning on Wednesdays and Fridays to maintain a tidy workspace that reflects our commitment to quality.
  • Report maintenance issues and assist in planning office improvements, such as cable management and layout changes, contributing to a functional and pleasant office design.
  • Manage office supplies, including snacks, drinks, and essential equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and organized for the comfort of your colleagues.
  • Collaborate with coworkers during business hours to foster a positive workplace culture and engage in team interactions, enhancing the sense of community in our office

Job requirements

We Are Looking For Someone With

  • Previous experience cleaning in a commercial or office environment.
  • Experience in office management/admin is preferred but will consider candidates who do not have this.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.


At Resi, we understand that our employees’ experience in the office is just as important as our customers’ delight in their homes. Our part-time role offers you the chance to work for a few hours a week (hours that suit you!) from our office (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) while conducting cleaning duties outside of core business hours. You will have a designated place to work from, allowing you to interact with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere in the Office Administrator side of the role.
